YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US REGARDING THIS SITE AND ITS OFFERS WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. See Arbitration Section below.
Eligibility
The Choice Hotels Experiences Program: Westgate Resorts Experience is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry to be eligible to win.
Employees of Choice Hotels International, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), Westgate Resorts, Ltd., and Central Florida Investments, Inc., or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Auction.
The Auction is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or where not registered.
Agreement to Rules
By participating in the Auction, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter
The bidding for this Choice Hotels Experiences opportunity must be entered between Monday, August 31, 2026 (08/31/2026) at 9:00 AM PST Monday, September 28, 2026 (09/28/2026) at 11:59 PM PST ("Auction Period").
Visit the Choice Hotels Experiences page , log into your account, and navigate to the Experiences program page. Choose the Westgate Resorts stay Experience to bid on using your Choice Experience Points.
The highest bid at the end of the entry period for the Experience will win the Choice Hotels Experience.
Prize and Prize Conditions
One (1) winning bidder will receive a $500 voucher for a 3 day/2-night stay at Westgate Vacation Villas Resort ("Certificate"), a $200 resort credit, four (4) $25 play passes to Mystery Fun House Arcade powered by Chuck E. Cheese, four (4) tickets to Shipwreck Island Water Park, four (4) tickets to Universal Epic Universe, and a $1,500 gift card towards flights ($3,100 total average retail value).
Prize must be used within one (1) year from the date of issue. Prize is void after the expiration date on the certificate.
No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be sold, bartered, or substituted by the winner.
Winner Selection and Notification
The entrant with the highest bid at the end of the entry period will be the winner of the Westgate Resorts Experience opportunity.
The winner will be announced on September 28, 2026 (09/28/2026) and will be notified by email to the email address provided in their account.
Terms and Conditions
Dates for certificate use are subject to availability as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a U.S. resident to win.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Auction if any fraud, virus, or other technical problem affects the administration, security, or proper operation of the Auction.

Release and Limitations of Liability
The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, Westgate Resorts, Ltd., and Central Florida Investments, Inc., and their related and affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates, and agents from claims or causes of action arising from participation in the Auction or use or misuse of the prizes.
Rights Granted by You
By entering this Auction, you understand that the Sponsor and related parties may, where permitted by law, use your entry, including your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information for publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Disputes / Mandatory Arbitration
This offer is governed by the laws of the USA and Florida, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Venue for any action arising hereunder shall exclusively lie in Orange County, Florida.
Any controversy relating to this site, its offers, or these Terms shall be determined by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS.
